At Whiz Kids Learning Center, we believe in providing our infants with quality child care through an individualized approach until he/she turns 6 months, where he/she will then follow a routine, as to help him/her transition and grow into toddler. We will follow your baby’s personal schedule of napping, eating and diapering, making time during these routine activities to sing, talk and cuddle. We keep families informed with “My Day” Reports which will detail your baby’s day.”
Our infant curriculum focuses on the following areas of baby development:
At Whiz Kids Learning Center, our youngest learners will take on a host of imaginative activities. Our teachers will play, dance, play musical instruments, read and/or use different textures as to stimulate your child’s senses. We will also teach and use baby sign language for simple words such as "milk" and "more."
Our teachers will focus on every infant individually as to meet your little one’s on-going developmental needs. Daily observations allow staff to plan appropriate activities to help your child reach his/her subsequent milestone. Your child’s developmental progress will be assessed on an on-going basis using the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Developmental milestones Checklists.
